Every "New Year" brings new things, but we must transform our minds and hearts to let go of the old and embrace the new. Once a door is closed in the spirit, it cannot be opened, yet we hold on to the past that keeps our minds trapped to something that is debilitating rather than enlightening. Thoughts and words have power, and scripture tells us in Proverbs 18:21, "Death and Life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof." It has been studied that words of encouragement brings confidence in a person, good mental health, they believe in themselves to do well in life, they have better physical health, are more resilient, have good coping methods, know they are loved, and have a calm spirit. Negative words are harsh and cause anger in a person, stress, they lose confidence and self-worth, they give up and feel there is no hope for them in anything they do, and no one loves them; in addition they are prone to depression and anxiety - but overtime, will self destruct if no one steps in to help.
*Just a little insight - that is why so many children in today's society are not mentally strong because they have parents who also lived a life of negativity, did not realize the power it had on them, and passed it on to their children. Cussing is negative and speaks death into your soul as well. It cuts at the heart. These types of behaviors pattern, unless there is a divine intervention to save lost souls.*
The Holy Ghost, who, once born again, lives inside of you and gives you the wisdom, knowledge and peace you desire to have a new way of doing things that bring joy, happiness, health, and peace of mind - Oh one more thing, Yahweh's Love NEVER ends! And never forget He is just a prayer away!
Start your New Year with letting "Love" in your heart by being born again - and everything in your life will flourish.

19 Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.20 The beast of the field shall honour me, the dragons and the owls: because I give waters in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert, to give drink to my people, my chosen.21 This people have I formed for myself; they shall shew forth my praise.22 But thou hast not called upon me, O Jacob; but thou hast been weary of me, O Israel.23 Thou hast not brought me the small cattle of thy burnt offerings; neither hast thou honoured me with thy sacrifices. Spend time daily with Yahweh and ALL things become "NEW"!
